FCC Butner BUT Interior Repairs - Flooring System The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) has issued solicitation 15B10626Q00000017 for the award of a firm fixed-price contract entitled BUT Interior Repairs at Federal Correctional Complex at FCC Butner. FCC Butner is a federal correctional facility located at Old NC Highway 75, Butner, NC, 27509. The installation of high performance resinous flooring system at three separate areas are located at the LSCI, FCI-I, and FCI-2 Food Service kitchen areas. The project consists of furnishing all equipment, materials, labor, and supervision for the complete installation of the work. The Statement of Work/Specifications attachment included with the solicitation posting will provide complete requirements for the project The project must start 10 days from the notice to proceed. The performance period for the project will be 91 calendar days from issuance of the notice to proceed. The NAICS code for this requirement is 238330 with a corresponding small business size standard of $19.0 million. The optional site visit will be on June 23, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. EST.
