This solicitation is restricted to 100 % Small Business , FOB Destination , delivery date is estimated to be 14 days ARO . Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Complex Warehouse , 1640 Skyview Drive , Bruceton Mills , WV 26525 . The contract type is a firm - fixed price .
