Specialties, Commercial Laundry Equipment, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical (including Security Cameras). Prequalified subcontractor bids are due September 24, 2024. 5% Bid Bonds are required. A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on September 10, 2024 @ 10:00am at the site. All attendees must pass the DOC Background Screening prior to attending the meeting. A completed and approved background check is mandatory to attend the site visit.
