Description | The Town is seeking proposals from qualified professional consulting firms to complete a comprehensive feasibility study for a future 25 - acre recreation campus located near Weld County Road 5 and Colliers Parkway in Erie . The selected consultant will evaluate community needs , market conditions , site feasibility , cost implications , and funding strategies to inform the Town ’ s long - term planning for recreation facilities and services . The goal of this project is to develop a viable , community - supported concept in preparation for a November 2026 ballot question to fund construction of the facility . If the study determines that an additional recreation facility is warranted , the consultant shall develop multiple concept options addressing facility size , location , features , amenities , and preliminary cost estimates .
