1 . Job 1 - Contractor shall install along the south border of the “ Pink Parking Lot ” no less than 250 and no more than 350 linear feet of galvanized steel chain - link mesh / cyclone fencing between 5 and 8 feet in height with a wire gauge of no less than 6 and a mesh of 2 inches , with a knuckle selvage along with appropriate standard fencing supports to be permanently affixed in concrete post holes with dome post caps and top rail tubing . Fencing should match site aesthetics where applicable . All materials used shall be new and unused . 2 . Job 2 - Contractor shall install a swing gate at the exit for the “ Pink Parking Lot ” consisting of two panels of chain - link between 5 and 8 feet in height with a wire gauge of no less than 6 and a mesh of 2 inches , with a knuckle selvage , dome post caps , top rail tubing with a roller wheel at the bottom and a locking post as well as any and all appropriate hardware to attach a pad lock , consistent with controlling access to the parking lot . Fencing should match site aesthetics where applicable . All materials used shall be new and unused . 3 . Job 3 - Contractor shall make repairs to the existing wrought iron rolling gates at the Southwest corner of the “ Yellow Parking Lot ” and adjoining fencing along Martin Luther King Jr . Blvd . including rails , wheels , locking plates , fencing attachment hardware and any other materials and labor to restore full functioning of the gates , consistent with controlling access to the “ Yellow Parking Lot ” and adjoining driveway to the east of the “ Ralph M . Parsons Preschool . Fencing should match site aesthetics where applicable . All materials used shall be new and unused . 4 . Job 4 - Contractor shall install a rolling gate at the Northwest exit for the “ Yellow Parking Lot ” consisting of one panel of chain - link 48 ” high and between 18 and 25 feet long dome post caps , top rail tubing , roller wheels and track ( if necessary ), a locking post as well as any and all appropriate hardware to attach a pad lock , consistent with controlling access to the “ Yellow Parking Lot ”. Gate must be installed so as not to impinge on parking space and must be consistent with high volume vehicular access to the “ Yellow Parking Lot ” during event parking . Fencing should match site aesthetics where applicable . All materials used shall be new and unused . 5 . Job 5 - Contractor shall install a rolling gate at the center North exit for the “ Yellow Parking Lot ” consisting of one or two panels of chain - link 48 ” high and between 18 and 25 feet long dome post caps , top rail tubing , roller wheels and track ( if necessary ), a locking post as well as any and all appropriate hardware to attach a padlock , consistent with controlling access to the “ Yellow Parking Lot ”. Gate must be installed so as not to impinge on parking space and must be consistent with high volume vehicular access to the “ Yellow Parking Lot ” during event parking . Fencing should match site aesthetics where applicable . All materials used shall be new and unused . 6 . Job 6 - Contractor shall install between 6 and 10 4 ” X 36 ” stainless steel lockable and removable bollards at the driveway entrance on Exposition Park Drive near the Southeast corner of the existing IMAX theatre adjacent to the California Science Center in a manner consistent with controlling vehicular access to the pedestrian walkway adjacent to the theater and other buildings . Contractor shall provide all materials and labor consistent with installation , including but not limited to concrete removal and repair , in a manner that preserves the original look and feel of the existing walkways . 7 . Contractor shall submit to OEPM for approval product data for provided materials and / or shop drawings for fabrications to be installed .
