Add Exhibit R – Giese Road Addendum Specifications Add Exhibit S – Giese Road Addendum Plans Add Exhibit T – Giese Road Addendum Summary ************************************************************************************************ Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (FNAL) is soliciting proposals for Giese Road Reconstruction as defined in the Scope of Work. The Subcontractor shall perform all work as described in the Statement of Work for the Giese Road Reconstruction and all exhibits. All work shall include transportation, overhead, bonding costs, insurance, safety oversight, quality control oversight, and supervision as required to construct the project described in the scope of work and all exhibits. A Pre-Proposal Meeting and Site Visit are scheduled for 1:30 PM, Central Daylight Time, Wednesday, April 8, 2026. Participants should meet (see instructions in Request for Proposal document) at the entrance to the Fermilab Welcome and Access Center (FWAC) before being escorted to Giese Road Reconstruction project site. For Access to the National Lab, all subcontractors are required to submit their information at least 5 days prior to the date of the site visit for approval. See RFP for detailed information.
