The City of Boise is adding ferric chloride liquid solution at the Lander Street Wastewater Treatment Plant for the purpose of removing phosphorus . One vendor will be selected and awarded . The City of Boise will accept bids for bulk Ferric Chloride Liquid Solution in 4 , 000 - 5 , 000 gallon shipments . The current dose rate is approximately 20 gallons per day . Total storage capacity at the Lander Street Wastewater Treatment Plant is 15 , 200 gallons . |
