This packet includes: Material line items Fiber specifications Handhole specifications BABA/BEAD compliance requirements Pricing tables Mandatory certifications Vendor addenda Vendors must submit pricing for all listed fiber counts and for both 15K and 20K load-rating handholes. All materials must meet Build America, Buy America (BABA) requirements. |
