Description | The contractor shall include , as part of the audit , a review of state agency related records maintained by the Department of Revenue . Such review shall be sufficient to provide information to the state agency regarding the accuracy of Department of Revenue procedures and record keeping , and shall include , at a minimum : 1 ) Review of a random sample of monthly tax reports provided by fuel suppliers and distributors . 2 ) Review of a random sample of reconciliations performed by the Department of Revenue to compare state agency revenues with volumes of the various types of fuel reported . |
