Description | A . Audit periods will include the following fiscal years beginning July 1 and ending June 30 : 1 . Fiscal Year 2025 - 2026 2 . Fiscal Year 2026 - 2027 3 . Fiscal Year 2027 - 2028 . B . Funds to be audited : 1 . CalVet Home Loans Fund of 1943 2 . Veterans Debenture Revenue Fund 3 . Pooled Self - Insurance Fund 4 . CalVet Home Loans Building Fund 1970 ( GNMA ) C . Duties of the Auditing Firm 1 . Time of Performance of Audit a . An audit schedule shall be set each year , which shall be mutually agreeable to both parties . b . The final audit reports shall be available no later than October 1st of each year . D . Contractor shall perform the following tasks relative to the CalVet Home Loans Program including all the funds included in 3 B . CalVet at it is discretion can add or delete funds : 1 . The audit and examination shall be made in accordance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards ( GAAS ) including Applicable Pronouncements of the Governmental Accounting Standards Board , and shall include such tests of the accounting records and such other auditing procedures as shall enable the auditors to express an opinion as to the accounts and financial statements . A consolidated report shall be issued for the CalVet Home Loans Program including a combining statement showing the three audited funds by the auditors for the program ... |
