1 . This scope of work is to Repair or Replace damages to the current fire alarm system apparently caused by a lightning strike . Perform a complete Inspection of the system following repairs . This is to Complete the Repairs found during the last Fire Alarm System Inspection ! Strobe Light , Pull Stations , and drop Smoke Detectors will put Facility back in Compliance with NFPА - 72 Standards . See Attached Proposal with SOW . Required by Fire Marshal for Document Storage with Misc Supplies . 2 . This price includes parts and labor to repair damages to the current fire alarm system apparently caused by a lightning strike . Once repairs are completed , we will perform a complete fire alarm inspection . If the inspection reveals problems outside of the scope of this proposal , we will provide a new proposal to cover those repairs . This will bring Facilities in Compliance with NFPA 72 Standards . 3 . Vendor personnel shall have the ability to correctly and professionally test and inspect ALNG Fire Alarm System and related components at any time . Vendor shall perform it duties in a safe and competent manner at all times , operate equipment according to manufacturer ' s directions , keep all mechanical , electrical and control room doors closed and locked and report any unsafe conditions to ALNG .
