Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply . A bid deposit in the amount of 5 % of the total bid price must accompany each bid . The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Labor and Materials ( Payment ) Bond in the amount of 50 % of the bid price . Bids will be due and opened electronically onWed ., Nov . 26 , 2025 at 11 : 00 a . m . on bidnet direct . Bid packages will be available on Wed . Nov . 5 , 2025 at bidnet direct . The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept that which is deemed in the best interest of the City . The City shall not be responsible for bids arriving late for any reason .
