The City of Georgetown (City) is seeking proposals from qualified Offerors with substantial and relevant experience to serve as aConstruction Manager at Risk (CMAR)for construction of Fire Logistics Building. The selected CMAR will work as a team with the City staff and Architect to ensure an efficient design approach and construction delivery of the Project.In accordance with Subchapter F of Government Code, Chapter 2269, the City of Georgetown is issuing this solicitation. The City will select a Construction Manager at Risk through this RFP process. This will be a one-step process as provided for in Section 2269.253 of the Code.
