Sprinkler System Type : Wet / Dry / Pre - Action , Clean Agent . To provide inspection , testing , and maintenance of the fire sprinkler system in accordance with NFPA 25 requirements , including : Quarterly Inspections Inspect alarm valves and gauges Inspect sprinkler heads for damage , corrosion Inspect pressure gauges Inspect fire department connections Inspect water flow alarm devices Inspect risers and piping Inspect spare sprinkler cabinets Written inspection reports for compliance and insurance purposes Annual Inspections Annual sprinkler system inspection and testing Waterflow and tamper switch testing Main drain and inspector ’ s test Control valve inspection Identification and documentation of deficiencies Written inspection reports for compliance and insurance purposes Five - Year Inspection and Testing Five - year inspections in accordance with NFPA standards : Internal inspection of piping for obstruction or corrosion Standpipe system flow testing ( if applicable ) Fire department connection inspection Check valves internal inspection Gauges testing or replacement Sprinkler head sample testing ( if required ) Hydrostatic testing where applicable Deliverables : Five - year compliance certification Detailed inspection report Recommendations for repairs or upgrades
