The New York Racing Association (“ NYRA ”) is soliciting bids for the provision of labor and equipment from ( National Fire Protection Association ) NFPA 25 – qualified contractors to perform inspection , testing , and maintenance of dry - type fire sprinkler systems located throughout Saratoga Race Course . The term of any agreement entered as a result of this RFQ shall be for a period of one ( 1 ) year from the date of execution of such agreement , with NYRA having the sole discretion to renew for two ( 2 ) additional periods of one ( 1 ) year .
