The vendor will provide all management , tools , supplies , equipment and labor necessary to inspect and test fire extinguishing and automatic fire alarm systems at 187th Fighter Wing , 226th Combat Communications , 232nd Combat Communications , IAW applicable NFPA Standards and manufacturer ' s instructions . Inspections . The vendor will inspect installed fire suppression systems , extinguishing and automatic fire alarm systems IAW Unified Facilities Criteria ( UFC ) 3 - 600 - 02 , including the MONACO notification system . Inspection , Testing , and Maintenance of Fire Protection Systems and National Fire protection Association ( NFPA ) 11A , 128 , 13A , 16 , 25 , 71 , 72 , specifically paragraphs 10 . 2 . 1 . 1 , 10 . 2 . 2 . 5 , 10 . 5 . 1 and 10 . 6 . 2 . 1 ., and manufacturer ' s instructions . Testing . The vendor will perform functional operation tests on installed fire extinguishing and automatic fire alarm systems IAW applicable NFPA Standards and manufacturer ' s instructions . If the system is connected to the installation fire department , the vendor will notify the fire department that the system test is to be conducted and that an emergency response is not desired . Vendor will notify 187th CE Facility Manager or designee of any tests to be conducted for additional notification of applicable base personnel .
