Description | Gilbert Pk - 8 : Install New 4 ” Pressure Regulating Valve , Replace ( 3 ) expired gauges with new , Install New OS & Y tamper switch , Lubricant for the FDC swivels , Install ( 2 ) 2 . 5 ” chrome threaded caps to wall hydrant , Replace 3ft of 2 ” drain that is leaking with new piping , Burch PK - 8 : Replace block heater , install a new cooling water Soleniod valve , Lenore PK - 8 : Replace the ( 3 ) expired gauges with new . Matewan Pk - 8 : Replace ( 4 ) gauges , Clean water motor gong , Adjust ( 2 ) tamper switches , Lubricate FDC swivels and try to get QOD in service ( QOD may need further actions if the adjustment does not repair . Williamson PK - 8 : Replace 2 ” main drain valve on 1st floor , Replace ( 5 ) expire gauges with new , Install new 1 ¼ ” check valve on dry system velocity check drain , Install new ( 1 ) PIV tamper switch , Install ( 1 ) ½ ” globe valve broke on incoming side of QOD |
