The vendor will provide the OHARNG with a Firefighting UTV that meets the minimum specifications . The UTV will be a four - door enclosed cab with AC and heat that seats up to six ( 6 ) individuals . The engine must be 1500cc minimum with a minimum of 110 - hp . The UTV must have a minimum of 3 , 500 - pound towing capacity and a 1 , 500 - pound box capacity . The UTV must be equipped with a winch that has a 6 , 000 - pound pulling capacity or grater and it must have a synthetic rope . The UTV must be 4 - wheel drive and be outfitted with bead lock rims and 30 - inch all - terrain tires . The UTV must come with a front brush guard and light bar installed . The vendor will provide and install a UTV firefighting skid to provide the required installation mounts and components that meet or exceed the following specifications . The skid will have an 85 - gallon water capacity with baffles . The skid will be equipped with a 5 . 5 - horsepower Honda GX200 engine . The vendor will ensure that the skid also comes with 75 - feet or more of ¾ ” hose and a brass bulls - eye nozzle , that is mounted on an electric hose reel . The skid will come with a self - priming pump with an 83 Gallons Per Minute ( GPM ) capacity at 50 Pounds Per Square Inch ( PSI ). There must be a dealer / service center no more than fifty ( 50 ) miles from C - JAG that is capable of servicing the outfitted UTV . Upon delivery the vendor will provide in person training on all components of both the UTV and the firefighting skid and all of its components . The vendor will also provide the user manuals for the UTV , wench , skid , engine , and pump .
