Description | Furnish and deliver a Pyrotechnic display ( contractor ) to be held on Saturday , July 4 , 2026 ; Rain Date Sunday , July 5 , 2026 , at Dundee Island Park , Passaic , NJ . The contractor must provide one or more trained and certified pyrotechnicians to set up and fire the fireworks using state - of - the - art equipment to safely execute the pyrotechnic display in a controlled manner , compliant with National Fire Protection Association standards and working closely under the guidance and direction of the City of Passaic Fire Department and / or their designee . The operator shall have the right of artistic freedom concerning the show design and choreography of the fireworks display . The show shall run for a minimum of 25 minutes and shall include but is not limited to the following format : Opening Barrage Opening Main Body Mid Show Finale Grand Finale |
