A participant must have engaged in operational and management duties for equipment and personnel which are equivalent scale of that of National Research Institute of Brewing over the last three years. Please note that this period shall include only the engagement period during which the participant performed the contract smoothly. A participant must have received an ISO900 certification concerning quality management.
