Description | CMAR services are to be provided under a single contract . The CMAR Contract will include preconstruction services , subcontractor procurement , and construction services . The Project consists of , but is not limited to the following major elements of Work : Retrofit of an existing stormwater detention pond located along the City of Chamblee Rail Trail to a tiered stormwater wetlands with walking path and park amenities . The project scope includes development of aesthetic water features , multi - use path , cast - inplace concrete retaining walls , elevated observation deck , seating , site lighting , landscaping , other park features , erosion / sediment control measures , labor and materials necessary to install the authorized work . |
