The work covered under this solicitation shall consist of the labor , permits , equipment , materials , tools , transportation , and incidentals necessary to upgrade the electrical service to the kitchen for a new DNR provided electric oven in the Cottonwood Group Center at the Flandrau State Park located in Brown County . General Scope of Work : The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work . It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract . The scope of work includes but is not limited to : • Contractor to locate all utilities , attached utility map is only a guide ( contractor must confirm locations ) • Mobilize all personnel , material , and equipment necessary for the completion of this project • Install a new main disconnect ( assumed 400 - amp , contractor to confirm ) and re - connect existing electrical services • Install a new disconnect to feed new service to kitchen / dining hall ( assumed 225 - amp , contractor to confirm ) • Directionally bore from the new disconnect to the kitchen / dining hall service panel ( assumed 225 - amp , contractor to confirm ) approximate distance of 240 ’ ( contractor to confirm ) o Install an appropriately sized conduit ( assumed 2½ ” contractor to confirm ) for appropriately sized conductors o Install appropriately sized copper conductors from the new 225 - amp disconnect to the kitchen / dining hall electrical service panel
