Project Description: Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) has a requirement to remove an existing concrete dam structure and contaminated soil, restore the natural stream, and undertake associated site restoration at the AAFC, St. John’s Research and Development Centre (RDC) in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador. This RFP is by invitation – If your firm has not been invited and you are interested in this work please contact the Contracting Officer. Debrief: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. General Information: Proposals must be submitted only via SAP Ariba by the date and time indicated in the RFP.
