Purpose: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 07, is issuing this Sources Sought Notice for market research and planning purposes only. The information obtained will help the Government determine the availability of vendors (companies) that are interested, capable, and qualified to provide Flooring Maintenance Services for the Tuscaloosa Veterans Affairs Medical Center (TVAMC) as described in the attached PWS. All market research efforts, including responses to this notice will help the Government determine the appropriate procurement strategy. Currently, no solicitation exists. Any procurement actions resulting from this notice will be announced in accordance with federal acquisition policies. Additionally, the Performance Work Statement(PWS) attached to this notice is a draft and is subject to change prior to any future announcements being issued.
