Description | A . Shady Spring Middle School - 40 mil . ( Minimum 30 mil .) LVT tile in two areas of the building : Band / Music area and Work room / Staff area . Total project is approximately = 3250 sq . ft . ( see attachment A ). Cove base supplied , installed , and priced per foot . Available color samples and sizes to select from to be provided by the proposer and approved by the owner , as well as transition strips . B . Trap Hill Middle School – 40 mil . ( Minimum 30 mil .) LVT tile in the school ' s main office area , consisting of 11 separate offices and a hallway . Total project is approximately = 2150 sq . ft . ( see attachment B ). Cove base supplied , installed , and priced per foot . Available color samples and sizes to select from to be provided by the proposer and approved by the owner , as well as transition strips . C . Independence High School – Two gang restrooms and two faculty restrooms . Demolition of existing bathroom flooring material and installation of Double Quartz Broadcast Epoxy with troweled epoxy cove base . Concrete floor will be repaired as needed . Clean floor will be primed , double coated , and top coated for slip resistance and durability . Bathroom fixtures will be removed and reinstalled by Raleigh County Schools . Total project is approximately = 1000 sq . ft . ( see attachment C ). Color chosen by owner . Mockup sample will be provided for owner approval prior to installation . D . Liberty High School - Two gang restrooms and two faculty restrooms . Demolition of existing bathroom flooring material and installation of Double Quartz Broadcast Epoxy with troweled epoxy cove base . Concrete floor will be repaired as needed .
