Description | To replace existing Vinyl Composition Tile ( VCT ) and cove base throughout 24 patient rooms in Unit I . Work to be done by phases , to shut down two patient rooms at time to accommodate patient care and needed repairs . Contractor to be responsible for any extra work required to bring sub - floor to acceptable conditions beyond minor prep / patchwork . Contractor to ensure toxicity is minimal for patient to move back into the room when work is complete in each patient room . |
