Food & Beverage Concession and Lease for Westport Park Properties

The Town of Westport ( the “ Town ”) is seeking proposals from qualified individuals and firms interested in providing the food and beverage concessions at three Town - owned facilities : the Compo Beach Pavilion ; the Longshore Pavilion ; and the Halfway House . The Compo Beach Pavilion is located in Compo Beach Park , 60 Compo Beach Road . The Longshore Pavilion and the Halfway House are located within Longshore Club Park , at 260 Compo Road South . The Compo Beach Pavilion is located by the east beach and playground . The Compo Beach Pavilion serves food and beverages to beachgoers . The Longshore Pavilion is part of the Longshore Pool Complex , consisting of an outdoor swimming pool , nine ( 9 ) tennis courts , two platform tennis courts , a marina , a playground , the Longshore Sailing School , and a seasonal ice rink . The concession facility at the Longshore Pavilion serves food and beverages to patrons of the Longshore Pool Complex . The Halfway House is located between the ninth and tenth holes of the Longshore Golf Course and provides food and beverage service to golfers . The sale of alcoholic beverages at the Halfway House was approved by the Town ’ s Parks and Recreation Commission . Sale of alcoholic beverages is not permitted at the Compo Beach Pavilion and the Longshore Pavilion . The intent of this Request For Proposals ( the “ RFP ”) is to seek out and select a concessionaire who will provide a high - quality food and beverage service at reasonable prices for patrons of Compo Beach , Longshore Club Park and Longshore Golf Course , with an emphasis on customer service and community engagement .
