Description | After award , the contractor and DCF will have consistent meetings ( weekly / every other week ) using Teams or Zoom , to provide draft plans , updated timelines , and share updates from engagement with retailers and DCF stakeholders including DCF program staff , etc . The contractor will create , develop and update plans for the SNAP Food Restriction Demonstration Waiver to be called the “ Kansas SNAP Food Restriction Waiver ”. The contractor will also create , develop and update the “ SUN Bucks Program Food Restriction Waiver ”. ( Two separate waivers .) Finalized plans will be due 45 days prior to implementation . Implementation date TBD . The SNAP Waiver plans required for FNS review and approval are : 1 . Retailer Communication Plan 2 . Participant Communication Plan 3 . Monitoring and Compliance Plan 4 . Evaluation Plan The SUN Bucks Waiver plans * required for FNS review and approval are : 1 . Retailer Communication Plan 2 . Participant Communication Plan * Monitoring / compliance and evaluation plans are not part of the SUN Bucks waiver . |
