** AMENDMENT 2 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to questions asked by interested vendors and to provide updated / additional documents to vendors .** AMENDMENT 1 - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the closing date of the RFP by two weeks . New proposal due date is February 9th , 2026 at 10 : 00am EST . This requirement is to provide gunnery range support services for the Directorate of Plans , Training , Mobilization , and Security ( DPTMS ) at Fort Rucker , Alabama . DPTMS serves as the staff proponent for contingency and mobilization operations , training support operations , ranges , security , foreign disclosure programs , installation educational support programs , and weather forecast operations , current range users include , but are not limited to , the 110th Aviation Brigade , the 1st Aviation Brigade ( 1AB ). 146th Theater Airfield Operations , up to battalion - sized units of the Alabama and Florida National Guard , U . S . Army Reserves , and other military services . This is a performance - based acquisition of maintenance and repair services of range and training complexes that covers approximately 57 , 800 acres in support of Program of Instruction ( POI ) School House Courses , Tenant Units , Non - tenant Units , Army Reserve and National Guard Units , and Other - Services Units in accomplishing their Commanders training goals .
