Conditions : Successful bidder must submit a bid to be placed on the approved list for your product and services . Pettis County reserves the right to accept or reject all bids that are submitted . Pettis County will accept current gasoline / diesel forward fuel contract prices upon execution of the contract . The bidder with the lowest futures price and best contract terms will be awarded a contract for future delivery of fuel . The bid prices should be stated in “ price per gallon ”.
