Description | Cancellation of tender contest - Booking assignment Bus services The Contracting Authority hereby notifies that the competition for Booking Assignments Bus Services is cancelled. The cancellation is due to a considerable lack in the tender documentation. The changes are considered to be of such character that they cannot be made within the framework of the competition, cf. the procurement regulations § 8-4 fourth paragraph. Based on this, the contracting authority has found it necessary to cancel the competition. The contracting authority will re-announce the competition shortly, with a corrected tender documentation. |
