Description | The Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration (Nav) wishes to inform tenderers that we are preparing to enter into a framework agreement for advertising and media services. The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement that shall cover Nav ́s future need for assistance within a broad spectrum of services within advertising and media placement. The notice is planned to be published in October/November 2026. The period is to be seen as approximate and non binding. Nav plans to enter into a tender contest with a contract award december 2026/January 2027. |
