Description | The City of Maryland Heights invites your firm to submit a Statement of Qualifications to provide engineering services for the City of Maryland Heights . The City has been accumulating property over time in an area called High Ridge Heights in the northeast quadrant of the Fee Fee Road and Old Dorsett Road intersection . There are a total of two ( 2 ) redevelopments being considered , including a redevelopment of the 5 - acre County Housing Authority property at 145 Apple Avenue and a redevelopment of the 13 - acre property predominantly owned by the City . The City is attempting to determine if it can set aside a portion of its property to create a regional stormwater basin that will accommodate all 18 acres , as shown in the first attachment . Also attached are two concept plans on what type of development can potentially occur on these properties in the future . In addition to providing adequate detention , MSD is requiring the basin to address downstream stormwater issues . The City is looking for construction plans and a construction cost estimate for this project |
