Tämä on markkinakartoitus liittyen tulevaan mahdolliseen tarjouskilpailuun, johon Geologian tutkimuskeskus (GTK) pyytää kommentteja ennen varsinaista kilpailutuksen käynnistämistä. Kommentteja pyydetään sekä hankinnan kohteen kuvaukseen, vaatimuksiin että hankinnan ehtoihin, JYSE Tavarat 2025 ja hankintasopimuksen luonnos (MALLI). Tällä ilmoituksella ei pyydetä tarjouksia, eikä se velvoita hankintayksikköä toteuttamaan varsinaista hankintaa. Mahdollisia kommentteja saatetaan käyttää tarjouspyyntömateriaalin muokkaukseen. Ilmoittaja ei sitoudu materiaalin muutoksiin kommenttien perusteella. Päätös mahdollisen hankintaprosessin käynnistämisestä tehdään markkinakartoituksen jälkeen. Geologian tutkimuskeskus (GTK) suunnittelee tarjouskilpailua kannettavasta Fourier-muunnos infrapunaspektrometristä (Fourier transform infrared, FTIR spektrometri) geologisten materiaalien tutkimiseen. Tarjouksen kohteena olevan laitteen on täytettävä seuraavat vähimmäisvaatimukset: • Märkien sedimenttinäytteiden analysointi (heated diamond attenuated total reflectance [ATR]) • Jauhettujen geologisten näytteiden, kuten sedimentin ja mineraalien, analysointi heijastustilassa (Diffuse Reflectance [DRIFT]) • Windows-yhteensopiva ohjelmisto datankäsittelyyn • Maastokäyttöön soveltuva kosketusnäyttöinen tietokone • Laitteen mitat (mukaan lukien näytteensyöttömoduuli) enintään 30 x 40 cm (eli laite on kannettava) • Laitteen rungon paino enintään 10 kg • Geological Survey Mineral library käytettävissä • Spektrialue 350–8000 cm-1 • Spektriresoluutio vähintään kuin 2 cm-1 • Kaikki laitteen täysimääräiseen käyttöön tarvittavat lisävarusteet (kuten datakaapelit, virtajohdot, työkalut ja osat) on sisällytettävä toimitukseen. • Edellytämme, että Myyjä on toimittanut vähintään kaksi (2) vastaavaa laitetta viimeisen viiden (5) vuoden aikana. Comments are requested for description of hte procurement object, to requirements as well as to the procurement terms, both JYSE Supplies 2025 and the draft of Supply Contract (MODEL). With this announcement does not request offers, and it does not oblige the purchasing unit to carry out the actual procurement. Any comments may be used to edit the tender request material. The advertiser does not commit to changes to the material based on the comments. The decision to launch a possible procurement process will be made after the market survey. The Geological Survey of Finland (GTK) is planning a tender for a portable Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectrometer for studying geological materials. The object of the tender shall satisfy the following minimum requirements: • Capable of analysing wet sediments (heated diamond attenuated total reflectance [ATR]) • Capable of analysing powdered geological materials, such as sediment and minerals, in reflectance mode (Diffuse Reflectance [DRIFT]) • Windows compatible processing software and field-usable integrated touchscreen PC • The dimensions of the instrument (including sampling module) are within 30x40 cm (i.e. instrument is portable) • The instrument body shall not weight more than 10 kg • Geological Survey Mineral library available • Spectral range 350–8000 cm-1 • Spectral resolution is better than 2 cm-1 • All necessary accessories (such as data cables, power cords, tools and parts) required for the full operation of the instrument shall be included • The Seller is required to have made two (2) similar deliveries over the past five (5) years. The deliveries shall be listed with the dates and recipients indicated. The list of references has to be verifiable by GTK if needed and shall therefore include contact information to the recipient (customer).
