The purpose of this project is to upgrade and modify the low voltage electrical and lighting systems at Eielson's Central Heat Power Plant (CHPP) to include removal, and replacement of the existing electrical panels, associated transformers, and the remainder of existing outdated lighting fixtures within CHPP facility at Eielson AFB. Participants will meet at- Eielson CHPP B6203, 2676 Industrial Dr, Eielson AFB, Alaska A site visit will be conducted on 16 December 2025, 10:00 AM AKDT Participants will meet at- Eielson CHPP B6203, 2676 Industrial Dr, Eielson AFB, Alaska Each prime contractor is allowed to bring two personnel. Questions are due no later than 03 February 2026 at 02:00PM AKDT. All questions will be answered in the form of an amendment to the solicitation and posted to SAM.gov website. IAW with FAR 14.202-8 Electronic bids, ONLY ELECTRONIC submissions will be accepted. The NAICS code is 238210 with a Small Business Size Standard of $19M. B. The magnitude for this requirement IAW FAR 36.204(f) is between $1M and $5M. C. See Section J for the List Attachments. D. Payment and Performance bonds shall be obtained IAW FAR 28.102. E. Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an effort for any costs.
