Project Title: DFAC Roof Repair Project Location: Eielson AFB, Alaska The purpose of this requirement is for the demo and replacement of the existing roofing systems of the Dining Facility (DFAC). This requirement shall include the procurement of all necessary resources, including plant management, supervision, labor, tools, supplies, parts, equipment, related services, and applicable licenses and permits to successfully complete the project as outlined in the SOW and project specifications. A site visit will be conducted on 26 March 2026 at 10:00am AKDT Participants will meet at - B2258 3rd floor CONS conference room, Eielson AFB, Alaska with a location site visit to follow. The roof membrane manufacturer shall furnish a 20-year, no dollar limit (NDL) roof system materials and installation workmanship warranty.
