SPECIFICATIONS 1 . 01 SCOPE The CONTRACTOR shall provide all labor , tools , equipment , materials , supplies , supervision , and all other items to repair and maintain one ( 1 ) electric golf cart , one ( 1 ) order picker , and nine ( 9 ) forklifts in accordance with the Yale Maintenance Schedule and all terms and provisions of this solicitation , at the Foreign - Trade Zone ( FTZ ) Pier 2 facility . 1 . 02 SPECIFICATIONS Maintenance and as - needed repair services for three ( 3 ) Yale and five ( 5 ) Toyota forklifts , one ( 1 ) Taylor - Dunn electric golf cart , and one ( 1 ) Toyota order picker . The units are numbered as follows : 1 . # 1 Taylor - Dunn electric golf cart ( Model FT2 - 440 ) 2 . # 2 Yale Forklift ( spare ) 3 . # 5 Yale Forklift 4 . # 7 Yale Forklift ( spare ) 5 . T1 Toyota Forklift ( Model 8FGU15 ) 6 . T2 Toyota Forklift ( Model 8FGU15 ) 7 . T3 Toyota Forklift ( Model 8FGU15 ) 8 . T7 Toyota Forklift ( Model 8FGU30 ) 9 . E1 Toyota Electric Forklift ( Model 8FB20U ) 10 . E2 Toyota Order Picker ( Model 8BPUE 15 - 05014 ) A . The CONTRACTOR shall furnish all labor , tools , equipment , materials , supplies , supervision , and all other items to satisfactorily maintain eleven ( 11 ) forklifts at the Foreign - Trade Zone ( FTZ ) No . 9 . The maintenance for all forklifts described above shall be provided in accordance with the Yale Maintenance Schedule , attached hereto and incorporated herein as Attachment 4 , and all terms and provisions of this solicitation . Notwithstanding that the daily check shall be performed by the FTZ No . 9 staff , the remaining schedule shall be as follows : 1 ) The initial check shall be performed on all items no later than three ( 3 ) weeks after the Notice to Proceed date and all other work such as changes , lubrication , and so forth shall be done in accordance with the tasks described under the 250 hour / 6 week schedule in Attachment 4 , herein ; 2 ) The second check shall be performed three ( 3 ) months after the Notice to Proceed date and all work shall be done in accordance with the tasks described under the 500 hour / 3 month schedule in Attachment 4 , herein ; 3 ) The third check shall be performed six ( 6 ) months after the Notice to Proceed date and all work shall be done in accordance with the tasks described under the 1 , 000 hour / 6 month schedule in Attachment 4 , herein ; 4 ) The fourth check shall be performed eleven ( 11 ) months after the Notice to Proceed date and all work shall be done in accordance with the tasks described under the 2 , 000 hour / 12 month schedule in Attachment 4 , herein . 5 ) The CONTRACTOR shall ensure that the equipment is properly adjusted and use all reasonable care to maintain the forklift equipment in proper and safe operating condition in compliance with any and all state , federal , and city and county laws , ordinances , and regulations . 6 ) The CONTRACTOR shall ensure that equipment passes all safety inspections . 7 ) The CONTRACTOR shall provide emergency minor adjustment call back services at any time upon the STATE ’ s request . Emergency call back rates shall be specified in the associated Bid Worksheet . CONTRACTOR shall respond to the emergency call within two ( 2 ) hours from when STATE places call to CONTRACTOR except for weekends , STATE holidays , or within two ( 2 ) hours of STATE ’ s close of business , in which case , the service shall be performed the next business day .
