Specifications include, but are not limited to: All inspections, service, and repairs shall be conducted per the original manufacturer’s requirements and the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection (NDEP). The District’s Environmental Department shall perform the required US EPA monthly and annual inspections of the Underground Storage Tank (UST) systems. Bidder shall be able to coordinate inspections with the District’s Environmental Department in the event of a fuel leak. Special Conditions - Continued Bidder shall be able to perform all facets of diagnosis, repair, and testing as required by the NDEP and US EPA on all underground storage tanks, sumps, fill ports, submerged turbine pumps, fuel and oil dispensers, UST Monitoring System, and Fuel Management System. Bidder shall be able to repair discrepancies noted during annual UST and Dispenser inspections by the SHND. Supplier shall maintain compliance with NDEP and US EPA standards for UST and fuel dispensers. Bidder shall be able to perform all repairs related to gasoline/diesel/oil dispensing operations. Bidder shall provide in its response any equipment, ramps, space requirements, or accommodations to be supplied or prepared by the District to perform specified services. Bidder shall provide in its response a copy of its equipment inspection checklist.
