See also DFARS 225 . 7002 - 2 ); Must be MIL - PRF - 370 , Type C , collapsible , lightweight ; Must be Class 0 ( no ends , the Government will be adding its own six - inch CAM - LOCK 1 M ends and 1 F ends with caps and plugs ); Must be 50 feet in length ; Inside diameter : 6 inches ; Outside diameter : 6 . 125 inches ; Layer Composition and Location : 1st layer braided textile yarn and outer layer molded rubber , Ethylene Propylene ; Must have round cross - sectional shape ; Must have burst test pressure of 600 pounds per square inch ; Must have a maximum operating pressure of 150 pounds per square inch ; Must have a hydrostatic test pressure of 300 pounds per square inch ; The condition of the inside surface must be smooth ; Nondefinitive Specs / Std . Data : 6 size and A type . The Army intends to award one single firm - fixed price purchase order as a result of this solicitation . This requirement is being solicited as 100 % small business set - aside and will be conducted using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR part 12 . The North American Industrial Classification Code ( NAICS ) is 326220 – Rubber and Plastics Hoses and Belting Manufacturing . The related small business size standard is 800 employees .
