Description | e City of Coffeyville is accepting bids for fuel services for a three - year term with the option to extend up to an additional two years . Bids will be accepted at the City Clerk ’ s office at the City Hall , 102 W . 7th , Coffeyville , KS 67337 until 2 : 00 PM on March 12th , 2026 . Bids will be opened at that time and a recommendation made at the following Commission meeting . Bids shall be sealed and labeled “ Fuel Services Bid ”. The Board of City Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any or all technicalities . Winning bidder will be required to provide all equipment , permits , insurance and tanks needed as well as individual tracking for fuel usage . Cost will be based off rack + pricing . If needed , the City will provide for a location to install bulk tanks to provide services . The bulk service station shall be monitored and maintained by provider to ensure no breaks in services . Gasoline 170 gal / day ; Diesel 121 gal / day |
