Contractor Shall : 5 . 1 . Provide , as needed by issuance of a purchase order , maintenance and repair to the ADCRR pre - owned full body security screening systems . 5 . 1 . 1 . Maintenance and repair shall include parts , labor , preventive maintenance , software updates , and an annual radiation survey . 5 . 2 . Provide and deliver , as needed by issuance of a purchase order , new full body security screening system ( s ) that meets the following minimum specifications and shall be equivalent to or better than “ CONPASS DV SMART ” and “ CONPASS LTE ” to include all hardware and software necessary for complete operational functions , including but not limited to : 5 . 2 . 1 . One ( 1 ) year extended service contract at time of sale ; 5 . 2 . 2 . Installation and on - site training ; 5 . 2 . 3 . Radiation protection program - State specific ( web - based ); 5 . 2 . 4 .
