Die Fachapplikationen von Abraxas und Ategra bleiben beim Hersteller gehostet. Ersatz der Clients und Notebooks im Mietmodell. BYOD-Zugriffe für neuwertige Clients (5 Stück). Integration des Zugangs zu branchenspezifischer SaaS-Software von Abraxas (Abacus Lohn, FinanzSuite und Loganto) und Ategra (GEVER), sowie M365 (nicht für Telefonie). Gesamtverantwortung für Betrieb und Support aller Komponenten (ohne Software), System- und Benutzersupport alle Level inkl. 1st Level. (ohne Applikationen). Ersatz und Support Netzwerkkomponenten (LAN, WLAN, Switch, Firewall). Lieferung, Installation und schlüsselfertige Inbetriebnahme aller Komponenten mit Datenübernahme aus dem aktuellen System. Anbindung aller Applikationen.
