Blanket Purchase Agreement ( BPA ) to be fulfilled as needed , usually one day ( preferably Tuesday ), bi - weekly ( not to include Mass Move situations ), the Contractor shall provide all personnel , equipment , supplies , transportation , tools , materials , supervision , and other items necessary , except for those items specified as government - furnished property and services , to perform Furnishings Management Services ( FMS ) at Columbus Air Force Base ( AFB ), Mississippi . This is a non - personal service contract , and the Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contractor employees performing the services . The contractor employees shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who , in turn , is responsible to the Government . The Contractor shall perform these services in accordance with ( IAW ) all applicable laws , regulations , and the standards specified in this Performance Work Statement ( PWS ). This contract provides furnishings and appliance service for unaccompanied personnel dormitories , IAW Air Force Instruction ( AFI ) 32 - 6000 , Housing Management . The location of these services includes buildings 346 , 547 , 550 , 555 , 958 , 964 , 966 , 971 , 972 , and 973 . There are also storage containers located in the AG Yard that are utilized for overflow storage . An award will not be made off this post .
