The programme is expected to include a number of projects, including: Police Training Facility (Dagenham) – estimated construction value c. £17.7m Guildhall Yard East refurbishment – estimated value c. £14.3m Property Store facility – estimated value c. £2.0m Mounted Unit facility – value and scope currently under development The works are anticipated to include new build, refurbishment, and specialist secure environments. |
