Description | This project consists of the hot applied placement of up to 585 , 000 lbs . of Lake Havasu City supplied Craftco PolyFlex Type 3 Crack Seal material into cracks smaller than 1 inches in asphalt concrete pavement and up to 95 , 200 lbs . of Lake Havasu City supplied Maxwell Gap Patch 570 material into cracks greater than 1 inches in width in asphalt concrete pavement . Contractor application will be with straight applicator tipped wands , rubber squeegees or other City approved methods and limited to no more than 5 ( five ) Crack Seal machines . The paved areas include City owned roadways , parking lots and multi - use paths , within Lake Havasu City , AZ . Work is expected to begin early to mid - February 2026 . |
