The contractors shall provide all personnel , equipment , tools , materials , vehicles , supervision , and other items and services necessary in compliance with applicable federal , regional , state , and local laws and commercial standards . This acquisition will utilize full and open competition under the NAICS code of 561730 Landscaping Services , with a small business size standard of $ 9 . 5M and PSC S208 - Housekeeping , Landscaping , and Groundskeeping services . The Request for Proposals ( RFP ) number FA500426R0003 FY26 Grounds Maintenance Services for the 354 Civil Engineer Squadron ( 354 CES ) shall be used to reference any written offer provided under this RFP . All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management ( SAM ) at www . sam . gov . Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award . Intersted offerors shall review all attachments and provide a proposal in accordance with all intructions on or before 24 February 2026 at 10 : 00am AKST
