NASA / NSSC has a requirement for FY26 ACDS Firmware / Software Support Renewal . NASA / NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to WV COMMUNICATIONS INC , 1125 Business CenterCIR STE A , Newbury Park , California 91320 - 1186 under the authority of FAR 12 . 102 ( a ). It has beendetermined that WV COMMUNICATIONS INC is the sole provider of FY26 ACDS Firmware / Software SupportRenewal . NASA / NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort . Performance will be located at NASA / ArmstrongFlight Research Center ( AFRC ). The Government intends to acquire Commercial items or services using the provisions , clauses and proceduresprescribed in FAR Part 12 for CommercialThe NAICS Code for this procurement is 513210 . Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to theidentified point of contact not later than 4 : 00 p . m . Central Standard Time on 4 / 23 / 2026 . Suchcapabilities / qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct thisprocurement on a competitive basis .
