FY26 JLG Maintenance

The 19th Maintenance Squadron of Little Rock Air Force Base is seeking to acquire preventive maintenance for multiple JLG aerial lifts . This requirement is for a base plus four option year contract with a 6 month extended option period at the end . All work is to be accomplished in accordance with ( IAW ) the attached Performance Work Statement ( PWS ). 52 . 212 - 1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items Addendum : In order to be determined responsive , all quotes must be complete on the SF 1449 , and respond directly to the requirements of this solicitation . A complete quote consists of the following : a ) Complete the unit price , extended price , and total price blocks along with all information required in the table requesting company information , including vendor signature . b ) Fill in required provisions and clauses . FAR 52 . 204 - 24 must be completed . If the annual certification has been completed in the System for Award Management ( SAM ), FAR 52 . 212 - 3 does not need to be completed . c ) All vendors must have an active registration in SAM at time of quotesubmission . Site Visit : An organized site visit is scheduled for Thursday 19 February 2026 at 10 : 00 AM CST . This will be the only site visit conducted . Participants are to meet at the front gate of Little Rock AFB @ 0930 to allow time to obtain escort passes and accountability . Vendors MUST RSVP to the POCs listed no later than 17 February 2026 at 12 : 00 PM CST on who will beattending the site visits . Little Rock AFB is not an open base and you must have a valid ID to access the base . Questions : All questions will be due to the POC ' s by 23 February 2026 COB .
