B . The City will provide the water meters that will be installed . C . All Work described above shall be performed as specified in the Contract Documents . D . All federal , state , and local permits required for completion of the Work will be obtained by the Owner prior to Notice to Proceed , except for local building permits , which are the responsibility of the Contractor . E . All easements or rights - of - ways required for this Project will be obtained by the Owner prior to Notice to Proceed . |
