FY26 NW Lathrop Maintenance Building Trench Drain Replacement Project

MoDOT seeks a qualified bidder to remove and replace approximately 96 +/- feet of trench drain ( Contractor to verify while visiting the site ). Awarded contractor to remove approximately 6 " of concrete on each side of current trench drain , and necessary sub - grade material to allow for fully functional trench drain system . Contractor to remove approximately 3 ' feet +/- of sanitary piping in concrete to connect trench drain to catch basin . Contractor to grind out and properly fill any concrete cracks leading to trench drains . Contractor to install new trench drain equal to Zurn Z886 - HD sloped trench drain with ductile iron slotted grate . Catch Basin equal to Zurn Z887 - 6 - HD with sediment bucket with ductile iron slotted grate for lid at grade to existing fully functional trench drain system . Contractor to pour concrete to match exiting grade and for a fully functional trench drain system . Contractor to diligently pursue the completion of the project . In doing so contractor will be allowed to perform the installation by removing and replacing trench drain in the following manner Mechanic Side ( 2 doors ) prior to starting Maintenance side ( 5 doors ). All debris to be removed and disposed of in a proper manner .
